At Smart Salem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Smart Salem account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
